| Professor of Accounting. CPA/Attorney. Teaches primarily taxation, in graduate tax program. Also teaches Business Law and Accounting. Graduated from Hillsdale College with degree in accounting. Graduate degrees from Case Western Reserve School of Law (J.D.) and from New York University School of Law (LL.M., Taxation). Lifelong Cleveland area resident. Faculty member at CSU since 1987. Certified Public Accountant, Ohio.
