Brief Bio:
Prior to joining Cleveland State University, Dr.Poluga has experience at various levels of education: Kindergarten/primary school teacher, administrator, curriculum specialist/Consultant, and university professor.  She was the coordinator of the Kent State University, Ashtabula Campus associate and baccalaureate degree programs as well as the lead professor.  She has coauthored a chapter in Bly and was a Baldrige examiner for the state of Ohio.  Her current teaching assignment is CREATE ECE 341 Assessment & Instruction Early Childhood Rotation 2, ECE 351 Students as Learners Early Childhood Rotation 3, ECE 402 Curriculum teaching Kindergarten, and ECE 502 Teaching Methods in Early Childhood Education.
