| James R. Webb received his Ph.D from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana in Finance specializing in Real Estate and Investments. His professional and academic experience includes:
- Visiting Professor, Department of the Built Environment, University of Ulster, U.K., 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007.
- Visiting Professor, Department of Real Estate and Construction, University of Hong Kong, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999.
- Visiting Research Scholar, School of Land Economy, University of Western Sydney (Australia), Summer 1993, Winter 1997, and Summer 2002.
- Professor and Director of the Real Estate Research Center, Department of Finance, College of Business, Cleveland State University, 1991-Present.
- Professor and Chairman, Department of Finance, College of Business, Cleveland State University, 1989-1991.
- Professor of Finance and Director of the academic real estate program at the University of Akron, 1982-1987, 1988-1989.
