Main theme is interfacial phenomena between solids and fluids, from molecular simulations, to porous material synthesis, and to processes with heavy emphasis on experiments.

KINETICS; micropore diffusion, meso/macropore diffusion, membrane permeation and diffusion, measurements, theoretical modeling

PROCESSES; gas separations, gas (methane and hydrogen) storage, environmental problems, bioseparations, ion-exchange

MATERIALS; silica systems (e.g. zeolites, mesoporous silica) in different forms (e.g. powder, membrane, agglomerate) with/without field enhancement (e.g. high gravity, electrical, magnetic) and characterization of porous materials
