Brief Bio:
Dr. Eddie T. C. Lam is an Associate Professor and the Coordinator of Graduate Sport Management Program at Cleveland State University. He is also an Adjunct Faculty of the University of Houston. Dr. Lam has a B.P.E. in Physical Education and a M.S. in Sport Management and Sport Psychology from Springfield College, Massachusetts; and a Ph.D. from the University of Houston with an emphasis on Measurement and Research. Dr. Lam is a research fellow and a top-10 presenter of the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance. Currently, Dr. Lam is the Editor-in-Chief of the Measurement in Physical Education and Exercise Science. He also serves on the editorial board or as a reviewer of the following journals: Sport Management Education Journal, Research Quarterly for Exercise and Sport, Journal of Physical Education, Recreation and Dance, Sport Management Review, International Journal of Sport Management and Marketing, Journal of Physical Activity and Health, Leisure Studies, Future Focus, and the Sport Management Program Review Council. He is interested in the applied studies of service quality, customer satisfaction, scale development, and sport marketing as well as the applied measurement in sport psychology and exercise science. Dr. Lam has made over 120 research presentations at international, national and state levels, and has published extensively in such journals as Sport Management Review, Journal of Marketing Theory & Practice, American Journal of Health Studies, Measurement in Physical Education and Exercise Science, Education and Science, International Journal of Sport Management, School Psychology International, Sports Marketing Quarterly, International Journal of Sport Marketing & Sponsorship, and International Sports Journal.
