| Brief Bio: |
| Dr. Theresa A. Quigney is an Associate Professor of Special Education at Cleveland State University. Prior to moving into higher education, she had been both a teacher and supervisor of special education. She has written professional publications and made a variety of professional presentations. Her research and writing interests relate to the roles of school counselors and principals in special education, and issues related to teacher training. |

| Honors and Awards: |
| A. By invitation, presented a paper on a national research study, and attended a session of the Oxford Round Table held at the University of Oxford, in Oxford, England. The theme of the Round Table was the responsibility of special educators and physicians in addressing the needs of children with disabilities. The invitation to attend the Round Table was extended to a small group of individuals from the United States and the United Kingdom with interests and training in the education of children with disabilities.
B. Recipient of Merit Bonus Award for Outstanding Achievements in Scholarship/Creative Activity from The College of Education, Cleveland State University.
