Brief Bio:
I have been teaching at colleges and universities for over twenty years.  In addition to my teaching duties, I also work as an independent HR/OD consultant, with the bulk of my projects being in the areas of assessment, surveys, training and development, and organizational change.

Over the past few years, I have contracted with a variety of companies, including ArcelorMittal, Lincoln Electric, Ameritech, Dow Chemical, Citibank, Little Debbie, Tate¿s Bake Shop, American Greetings, The Cleveland Clinic, MetroHealth, University Hospitals, The American Red Cross, KeyBank, National City Bank, and the Horseshoe Casino Cleveland (now JACK Casino).  My most recent work, in partnership with the Cuyahoga Community College Public Safety Institute, involves the cognitive and psychological assessment of candidates for various police departments throughout Northeast Ohio.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, participating in community and charitable events, cheering on Cleveland's sports teams, collecting and watching movies, and playing trivia games.  I also coach youth sports (baseball, softball, and football).
