In Gail's work as an Early Learning Specialist, she worked with state policy makers to help them understand the need for developmentally appropriate classroom practices as well as lobbied law makers on Capitol Hill to address the current funding needs of our most vulnerable and at-risk families. In her role as a Master Trainer, Gail has written over one hundred In-Service Trainings for teachers and trainers in the state of Ohio.
