| Brief Bio: | ||
| Heidi Hylton Meier is Associate Dean for Academic Programs and Student Affairs in the College of Business and previously served as the Chair of the Department of Accounting. She is a Fulbright Specialist and a CPA in the State of Ohio. She teaches managerial and financial accounting, and is an expert in the area of auditing. Her research has been published in Financial Management, Accounting and Business Research, Journal of International Auditing, Research in Accounting Regulation, The Accounting Educators' Journal, Journal of International Accounting, Auditing, and Taxation, Journal of Emerging Markets, and Internal Auditor. In addition, she has conducted seminars for the Institute of Internal Auditors, the Ohio Society of CPAs, the City of Akron, and other private and professional organizations. | ||
