| Brief Bio: | ||
| Wei Wang, Ph.D., Professor of Finance at Monte Ahuja College of Business, received his doctoral degree in finance from University of Colorado - Boulder. Prior to his academic career, he had been a journalist working in regions like Afghanistan and Kashmir.
Dr. Wang has taught undergraduate, master's and doctoral finance courses at University of Colorado - Boulder and University of New Orleans, and, since 2013, Cleveland State University. His research spans an array of corporate finance and financial markets topics, including IPOs, venture capital, capital structure, and corporate governance. Dr. Wang has published in highly reputable journals such as Journal of Financial Economics, Review of Finance, Journal of Banking and Finance, and Journal of Corporate Finance.
