Brief Bio:
Janine Spears is an Associate Professor in Cleveland State University`s Information Systems department with expertise in information security risk management. She teaches courses in information security and business process modeling and design. Her research has been published in MIS Quarterly, Information & Management, Behaviour & Information Technology, Journal of Information Systems Education, ISACA Journal, and in IEEE and AIS conference proceedings.
Honors and Awards:
Journal of Information Systems Education (JISE) Best Paper Finalist Award for manuscript, "Gaining Real-World Experience in Information Security: A Roadmap for a Service Learning Course," by Janine L. Spears, vol. 29, awarded 2019.
