| Dr. Abadi is a Visiting Assistant Professor at the Department of Counseling, Administration, Supervision and Adult Learning. She has extensive research experience in various areas of Human Resource Development, including leadership, strategy, engagement, and workplace learning. She received her Ph.D. degree in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University in 2022 and has joined CSU Ohio since Fall 2022. |
