Brief Bio:
Dr. Moataz Soliman is a Lecturer of Information Systems at Monte Ahuja College of Business, where he teaches courses in strategic use of information technology, process integration using ERP systems, and system dynamics. Before coming to CSU, Dr. Soliman taught at Concordia, McGill, and Dalhousie universities in Canada.
Research Interests:
Dr. Soliman's research interests include the adoption and acceptance of information technology, with special focus on dual-purposed systems such as social media. He is also interested in examining the use of augmented and mixed reality in remote collaboration. He has published in Seoul Journal of Business and has a paper currently under review with the Journal of Travel & Tourism Marketing. His work has appeared in conference proceedings and presentations including the International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS), the Americas Conference on Information Systems (AMCIS), the Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management (AOM), and the Administrative Sciences Association of Canada (ASAC).
Teaching Areas:
Dr. Soliman has taught graduate and undergraduate courses, both in-person and online.
