| I joined CSU in the fall of 2014 as an Assistant Professor in the Management Department. I received my PhD in Management (with a focus on Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management) from the University of Oklahoma.
My research interests include leadership development, extra-role employee behaviors, work in teams, and employment interviews. | ||
