Spent a considerable portion of this year on administration and leadership of the CNP&P. This entailed meeting with philanthropic foundations, articulating the direction of the CNP&P and the Urban Center in light of the college's reorganization, meeting with other staff and faculty within the college identifying how we could work together, and how we could keep current staff members funded, meeting to discuss the budget of the CNP&P, shepherding grants through the university's process which can take over three months from start to when the Cleveland Foundation receives it.
