I serve as an Associate Editor for the scientific journal Urban Ecosystems. For manuscripts assigned, I determine if the manuscript is appropriate for the journal, select reviewers, provide my own review of the work, summarize reviews and provide feedback to authors, and make a recommendation to the Editor regarding the manuscripts quality, scientific significance, and suitability for publication.
