In Fall 2022, and Spring 2023, I regularly attended the "Fly Group" at Case Western Reserve University, which meets every Wednesday. This is a group of researchers from CWRU and surrounding institutions (Cleveland Clinic, John Carrol, etc) who work with Drosophila melanogaster, aka fruit flies. In November, 2022, I presented my research at this meeting. I was the first member of Cleveland State University to present here. I presented again in September 2023. I will continue to present during the faculty talks each fall.
