The International Fiscal Association is a worldwide organization that focuses on international fiscal and tax policy. A partner at Thompson Hine invited me to join the board, and I did. Most recently, the Board created two panel presentation on certain aspects of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act that affects international transactions.
