This subcommittee is under the research committee of DCDT within the larger professional organization of Council for Exceptional Children (CEC), which is my specialized professional organization. As chair, I lead committee meetings at the DCDT and CEC annual national conferences. I also organize a graduate student reward award competition and multiple networking and professional development events across the year.
