Co-editor of peer-reviewed premier journal in the field of Adult Education. During our tenure as co-editors, the AEQ Impact Factor has risen from 0.781 to current Impact Factor of 1.2576. and an acceptance rate of 8-10%. We meet bi-weekly for two hours to discuss journal submissions and other journal business. We also present at relevant conferences concerning the journal and encouraging scholars to submit their research. Adult Education Quarterly (AEQ) is a quarterly scholarly refereed journal committed to advancing the understanding and practice of adult and continuing education. AEQ aims to stimulate a problem-oriented, critical approach to research and practice, with an increasing emphasis on interdisciplinary and international perspectives. Innovative and provocative scholarship informed by diverse orientations and methodologies is encouraged.
