This increasingly influential organization requires a chief staff officer, and I served in that capacity, which is akin to a voluntary agency executive director, until Summer 2015. I convene the board (annual conference committee), arrange meetings of the sponsors (next June 2015), supervise staff, organize the conference. This event has brought between 450-575 (2015) to campus each yeas, bringing in 13-15,000 thousand dollars each year to the university conference services, food services and parking. The event has brought a great deal of publicity for the university and enhanced the School's reputation regionally and even nationally.
