Identify and select speakers and topics for Faculty Development Institutes, Curriculum Workshops, Invitational Presentations, Special Presentations, and Plenary Sessions for the upcoming year's APM, and making contact with invited speakers; •Serve in an oversight role for any special presentations submitted by the symposia chairs; Chairi a subcommittee of the APM Regional Planning Committee to ensure that the task of the subcommittee is carried out;
