My role as a reviewer for this center has been extended into its tenth and final year. This is the first engineering center that was funded by the NSF with an HBCU(North Carolina A&T University) as the lead institution. For me this has historical significance. This center is anticipated to graduate in June 2018. It has been a privilege and an honor to be selected as a reviewer over the past 10 years. As a reviewer I had the opportunity to provide input for research plans and educational activities.
