The College of Graduate Studies at Kuwait University sought my expertise to evaluate the M.Sc. program in Public Administration - College of Business Administration. They carry out such evaluations in order to assess the strength and weakness of their new graduate programs; moreover, they want to make sure that programs follow international standards with respect to the latest curricula and research topics. Accordingly, they invited me for a week to visit Kuwait University and assess the M.Sc. program in Public Administration.
