I chaired the Legal Committee for 5 years. This involved reviewing contracts for outside needs of the organization, writing contracts for speakers, updating and revising the organization's Bylaws. This committee took a great deal of time as the organization is undergoing many transitions. I am still serving on the committee but no longer chairing it.
