USA 829 is the professional design union for the entertainment industry. I am an active member of the Lighting Design Focus Group. We meet to discuss updating of best practices for lighting designers in the profession. The end product will be creating and adopting best practices to be put in the collective bargaining agreements with theatres across the country.
