Served as a mentor to a cohort of 7 part-time instructors within the First Year Writing Department. Responsibilities included one-on-one consultations in-person and via email. I also created a MS Team for the cohort in which I sent out weekly check-ins that allowed be to share teaching resources, relevant teaching experiences and words of thanks/support to the part-timers assigned to me.
