In April 2018, I was unanimously elected to be on the Midwest People of Color Legal Scholarship Conference Board of Trustees. We will be responsible for developing the theme for future regional conferences, finding a sponsoring law school, and managing the conference financial resources. We will also coordinate with the National People of Color Legal Scholarship Board for the National Conference currently scheduled at American University Washington College of Law in March 2019.
