I, Ashraf Rahman and Jianhong Wu (York University) organized a conference at the Canada Research Institute in Food Safety on September 29 of 2016. I gave two talks: a) on the public health implications/insights from using mathematical modeling to understand bacterial infections in humans and b) on modeling insights for sanitizer control during poultry processing.
