This lecture was planned for March 22nd, 11.30 to 12.30 and all the requisite preparations were completed. Room assignment, posters to publicize around campus, invitations to faculty etc. However, the professor could not obtain a visa from the U.S. embassy in New Delhi and the talk had to be cancelled at the last minute.
