I and Yaguang Luo (USDA) organized an international workshop of about 40 participants entitled "Modeling microbial contamination of fresh produce along the post-harvest supply chain" which funded by and held at the National Institute for Mathematical and Biological Synthesis at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.
