GOTV is a civic engagement program that wields the power of design to motivate the American public to register and turn out to vote. During the 2016 election cycle, AIGA partnered for the first time with the League of Women Voters. Overall, 30 chapters across the country hosted more than 50 GOTV events, reaching 15,000 members, engaging local communities, and reaching millions through media partnerships and coverage. Participation in this intensive project was part of my sabbatical proposal.
