Beginning in March of 2020, I began a second consecutive term as Secretary which is an officer position on the Board of Directors for The American Council on Rural Special Education (ACRES). I was nominated and voted into this position by members of ACRES a national special education professional organization. I was recognized at our annual national conference held in San Antonio, Texas.
