Beginning in March of 2021, I began a third consecutive term as Secretary which is an officer position on the Board of Directors for The American Council on Rural Special Education (ACRES). I was nominated and voted into this position by members of ACRES a national special education professional organization. I was recognized at our annual conference which was conducted virtually this year.
