a. Organizing and leading monthly SPS outreach trips to Campus International School or to BioMed Academy to conduct Physics outreach lessons to K-12 kids b. Participating in yearly Physics Day by setting up Optics Lab demo and SPS outreach activities c. Organizing visits of various HS to CSU/Physics (St. Joseph Acad, CIS, MC2, John Hay, Bio Med Academy, etc) d. Helping students to apply for yearly national grant for outreach activities e. Helping students to create lesson plans and to purchase equipment and assemble outreach demos for the lessons f. Update public information about the outreach at the dept and dept’s website g. Organizing CSU chapter for participation in campus wide outreach events such as Hidden Figures Day or Astronaut visit to CIS.
