Research interests

1) Development of applied methods for quantifying human movement, understanding why changes or deficits occur in gait and ultimately aiding to determine appropriate rehabilitation techniques and strategies to be employed. 2) Investigation of the interactions between cognitive and motor functions during dual tasking. 3) Analysis of gait, balance and cognition in individuals with neurological impairment. 4) Determination of fall risk factors in aging and clinical populations for use in the development of targeted fall prevention interventions.
