Biography

Dr. Jacqui Wukich, CPA,  joined the Accounting Department in the Monte Ahuja College of Business at Cleveland State University as an Assistant Professor in 2025. Previously, she served as an Assistant Professor at Baldwin Wallace University and as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Sam Houston State University.  Before entering academia, Dr. Wukich held accounting roles in Cleveland, Pittsburgh, and Huntsville, Texas.

Her research interests include corporate governance, shareholder enagagement, and voluntary disclosure. She also pursues the scholarship of teaching and learning, with particular interests in technology in accounting education and in student engagement and recruitment to the accounting major.

Dr. Wukich is active in her community as a member of the Mentor Schools Citizens Financial Advisory Committee and as Treasurer of the Citizens Committee to Support Mentor Schools.
