Dr. Hurtado Rúa is interested in the development and application of Bayesian statistical methods to clinical, biological and social studies. Her collaborative research includes statistical analysis of MRI data in the context of multiple sclerosis research, meta-analysis studies, and modeling of survival and cancer cure rates.
