Biography

Wenqing Kang is a historian of China, specializing in history of gender and sexuality in China. His first book Obsession: Male Same-Same Relations in China: 1900-1950. He is currently completing a book manuscript entitled Life in Silence: Male Same-Sex Relations in Socialist China.
