Acquisition of a Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope for Multidisciplinary Nanotechnology Research

This request is for funding for the acquisition of a FEI F50 field emission scanning electron microscope equipped with a secondary electron detector, a low kV back-scattered electron detector and capabilities in surface characterization on the nanoscale and analytical tools that are currently not available to Cleveland State University (CSU) researchers.
