Ending the HIV Epidemic

Leverage fo the Community Health Worker Program to have an HIV/AIDS specific CHW Training Program. These CHWs work with the HIV/AIDS populations to assist with keeping viral loads down through medication adherence and medial follow up. There is also a focus on the social determinants of health. Although the foucs is prgrammatic training there are research and technology compoenents worked into the proposal.
