Kate is senior personnel. (Project Evaluator: 0.25 academic months each year) –
Dr. O'Hara will conduct the official mentoring training and the project evaluation. She will create surveys, collect data, and analyze data from REU students to evaluate the program and suggest areas for improvement as part of the formative and summative assessment of the Great Lakes Wind REU
