Talent Initiatives Grant Agreement- Sub Award

The purpose of this grant is to recruit undergraduate students to join a STEM based or technical program, such as the BBA in Information Systems. There is a special emphasis on assisting individuals who qualify for the GI Bill to help increase their retention and graduation rates. Currently, I am identifying college entry barriers as well as transcript translation issues for those with military transcripts and searching for potential resolutions. The process will involve offering two bootcamp style courses that count towards degree requirements and streamline the students entry into the university.
