Abstract
This article is a qualitative analysis of a mindfulness-based stress reduction program that was performed at a rehabilitation and senior care facility. Staff provided feedback, via focus groups, about the different mindfulness-based techniques that they experienced in a six-week time period and what they liked/disliked about the techniques, settings, and incorporating it into their workday. Several themes emerged through data collection and the overarching themes were: ease of use promotes effective implementation, positive impact of mindfulness on self and others, and home and work-related factors affect implementation.
