Abstract
The paper devices the form in which the author conveys to the reader of the novel intense pain due to the accumulation of multiple factors that keep the protagonist marginalized, and excluded. She is a young student of an ethnic minority, undergoing exilic and migratory feelings in Paris, and also faces death due to the terminal illness of his best friend. She only finds consolation at the Pere Lachaise cementery, across her department. Autofiction, exile, disease, and death studies are present in the study.
