N2 - Campus Conference: A Youth Research Symposium is an annual event that reflects the ongoing work to support, sustain, and expand youth-led research at CIHS and, over time, CMSD, NEO, and the broader region. I conceptualized the event as a key element of the first year of youth led research at CIHS. This annual event is held every spring as a space for students to share and disseminate their work in a traditional academic format. I manage all aspects of the event, from student work, year long trajectories, conference proposal submissions, event organization and format, marketing, program development, keynote speakers, and more.
