Abstract
CHW Day June 6th, 2024 is a collaborative among Tri C, Better Health Partners and CSU. This year Better health Partmership is the lead orgranziation but venue will be CSU Student Center Ballroom. Serve on the planning commitee for this event which is in the third year. Close to 250 participants are anticipated to include CHWs, community and clinical partners and vendors
