Abstract

This case comes on petition for rehearing of our previous decision reversing the chancellor's decree denying probate to a will on grounds that it was procured by undue influence. For the reasons set forth below, we deny the petition for rehearing and thereby reverse the chancellor's refusal to probate the 1964 will of Fannie Traylor Moses.
