Abstract

This presentation is part of a session I proposed on Autobiographical approaches to teaching Colette. It uses a virtual tour of Colette's natal home, now a museum, to explore the relationship between childhood and writing. Students study her example, and the explore this relationship in their own lives using Colette's texts as a model. The AATF annual conference was originally scheduled for summer 2020 in Quebec. Conference organizers contacted us to say that all accepted presentations would automatically be accepted for the 2021 conference in New Orleans.
