Abstract

We offered an APTA Level 1 CCIP Program over two full days (8am-4:30pm each day) to 39 practicing physical therapists and physical therapist assistants. The course is designed to promote effective clinical teaching practices in PT clinical education. Participants are assessed throughout the course and during an organized assessment center/simulation, and earn a Credential upon completion of this course. This supports the quality education that our CSU DPT students receive during their off-campus full-time clinical education experiences.
